We handle all technical aspects including working with you to understand your specific needs and to create a tailored show for the best experience for your guests. All thats needed from you is venue space, and spacial specifics, then we handle all operations on the ground. Once booked we will keep you up to date and provide you with detailed scheduling leading up to the event. On the event day we will arrive early, make sure everything is perfect, execute and leave no trace when we leave, providing a seamless experience. The drone light show is the new and eco-friendly way to create a dazzling and unforgettable experience. Spacial Requirements: The spacial requirements will vary depending on the size and complexity of your show, and we can work with you to understand the needs and make sure we have the right space to create a great display. For example, a 40 drone show on average will take 25 x 25 ft of space with 15-25 foot ceilings. This can be in many configurations and with various stage sizes. For example you could fly 100 drones with a 12 foot high ceiling in certain configurations, so it is all about what you are looking for really. The show time lengths are usually from 2-5 minutes geared towards adding energy and excitement to corporate events, concerts, private parties, weddings, products launches. Pricing The cost of an indoor drone light show will vary depending on the size and complexity of the show, and the location. We will work with you and provide detailed quote based on your specific needs and budget. Generally for a small show it can be as low as $15k, and for extremely large shows upwards of a $100k a show. Generally most shows are between $20-$50K. Safety The drones themselves actually have propeller guards and only weigh about 190 grams each so they are very protected against having a propeller strike anything. We have several safety measures redundantly built into the software for emergencies. We also have a general safety document that outlines the operational safety of the equipment if needed for any venue.
