We charge nothing for the service, you get a free report that Time Stamped and Geo Located to use for the future or in a current claim. The way we keep this service FREE is we have a network of extensively vetted local roofers in your area that we can suggest and help you work with, we make a commission on that claim if it is approved and actually leads to work. It's not mandatory that you work with our team but it helps us continue to provide this service free to everyone. Ultimately its your choice whether to let us help you with our great team , or just use our free report to find your own roofer. We always love to add roofers to our team so if thats the case we would love to bring any high quality roofer to our team.

Every person we talk to usually has the same initial concern with it being a free service and how thats possible. It's easy to think of this as being a scam, and we understand since there are many out there today. We can assure you this is not a scam, we are offering a legitimate Free Service to protect yourself from both Roofers and Insurance companies. There is no catch, there is no requirement that you do any business with us at all except let us come to your house and create a report for you. The only way we keep this free is we make a percentage of the claim that gets paid to our in house roofers. Thats it, so if you end up using our roofer you actually pay it forward for millions of people to continue to get free inspection reports. The only other thing we ask is you give us one or two referrals to a friend or family member that might be interested in the same advantage of having this report. Both are completely optional too!
